Directions
Rub balm on arms, legs, neck and pulse points every 2-3 hours. Do not apply on fabric, cuts, wounds, sunburned or irritated skin. Keep off of hands to avoid contacting eyes and mouth. Not for kiddos under three.
Consult a doctor if your are pregnant or nursing for advise about the essential oils. A patch test should be performed to affected area. Discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appears.
